Delete your account

This action is permanent. We will remove your ChopCheap account and the data associated with it, including:

• Your profile
• Your saved cities and categories
• Your shopping lists and baskets
• Your submitted prices
• Your account data
• Your referral code and points balance
• Your receipt uploads and price alerts

Note: aggregated, anonymised statistics and any records we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting records held by our payment processor for past subscription transactions) may be retained as described in our Privacy Notice.

Prefer to email us? Send a deletion request from your account email address to support@chop-cheap.com and we will process it within 30 days.
